Refund and Return Policy – Beckéa

Deadline
You have up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return, in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal guidelines.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Tags intact and no signs of use

How to Request
Send an email to support@beckea.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange or return

We will provide instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs
In cases of buyer’s remorse, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For defective products, return and reshipping are free of charge.

Refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
